The Centre for Islamic Civilisation and Interfaith Dialogue (CIC) focuses on activities that promote understanding and peace between Muslims and followers of other faiths.

The Centre publish special journals that regularly brings out papers on the results of the latest research findings on the various aspects of Islamic Civilization and their relevance in addressing contemporary issues and the challenges of the modern world. In addition, the Centre also publish books, occasional papers, research monographs, conference proceedings.
Capacity building is one of the principal activities of the Centre. This is targeted towards students, researchers and representatives of NGOs, This is done by organizing regular training Programmes and offering certificate courses.
The centre organizes regular outreach activities that would disseminate the results of the research findings of the Centre to the wider research community and to the general populace. This is done through seminars, roundtable discussions and conferences.The conferences, which should be an annual event, should is attended by researchers/scholars from different parts of the world. The seminars and roundtable discussion for smaller events at-the national or local levels.
