Mrs. Halima Lawal, born on June 3, 1963, in Lere, Kaduna State, completed her education at Therbow Nursery and Primary School, GGSS Malumfashi, and earned a degree in Hausa/Islamic Studies from Bayero University Kano in 1988. She taught Hausa at FGC Kano (1991-2000) and FGBC Abuja (2000) before moving to the Federal Ministry of Education in 2014, where she serves as the Desk Officer for Curriculum Monitoring and Learners' Achievement. She is happily married with children.
