Skyline University Nigeria (SUN) has extended its heartfelt congratulations to Haruna Aliyu on his recent appointment as the 7th substantive Registrar and Secretary to the Council of Bayero University, Kano (BUK).

In a letter dated August 23, 2024, and signed by Nitin Anand, Pro-Chancellor of Skyline University Nigeria, the institution expressed its pride in Aliyu's achievement. The letter reads: “On behalf of the Management, Staff, and Students of Skyline University Nigeria, I extend my warmest congratulations on your well-deserved appointment as Registrar of Bayero University, Kano. Your determination and perseverance have propelled you to new heights, and we are confident you are on the path to even greater success.”

The letter further stated: “We are assured of your strengths and capabilities and wish you a bright and prosperous future in this new role. Rest assured of our continued support as you take on this new challenge. As our mentor university, BUK holds a special place in all our endeavors and achievements.”

It is noteworthy that Haruna Aliyu previously served as Registrar at Skyline University Nigeria from April 2021 to May 2023, during which time he was recognized as the 2023 Skyline University’s "Man of the Year."
