Bayero University, Kano (BUK) secured two bronze medals in Judo at the ongoing Africa University Games (FASU), held at the University of Lagos. Abubakar Abdullahi from the Department of Anatomy and Aisha Olatunde from the Department of Cyber Security delivered impressive performances, adding to the university’s growing reputation in sports.

Bayero University, Kano has bagged two bronze medals in Judo at the ongoing 11th Africa University Games (FASU) being co-hosted by the University of Lagos and the Lagos State University (LASU).

Mujahid Musa of Accounting Department scooped two bronze medals in 73 kg and open there by earning a recognition at the international fiesta.

The Vice Chancellor, Professor Sagir Adamu Abbas has approved the appointment of Dr Zakari Sabiu Yarima as the acting director Security Division.
